Description de fonction- Prepare and maintain asset registers along with legal documentation in conjunction with accounting records;
- Ensure that the prepared financial statements are of high quality prior to client and board approval by supporting the local and UK teams;
- Provide a quarterly report to senior management;
- Train the accounting team in accordance with Luxembourg standards and requirements;
- Take responsibility for the preparation of reports for a very small portfolio of client entities;
- Review and authorize payments as a B signatory on an exceptional basis;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines;
- Stay informed about changes related to regulatory developments and internal operational requirements;
- Enhance internal processes and procedures.
Profil- You are a holder or are about to obtain your ACA/ACCA certification;
- You have, at least, 4 years’ experience in a similar role;
- An experience in Finance industry is mandatory;
- You have strong knowledges of funds industry, more specifically in credit structures;
- You are meticulous and detail oriented;
- You’re team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
