Chief Legal Officer



Being this a key position, you will report directly to the Shareholder and the Executive Director.

Playing a crucial role within the group, your activities will include the following :

  • Provide legal support to the Shareholder and his family;
  • Entire management of all the corporate documentation (Luxembourg and other companies);
  • Provide legal advice for all legal matters (operations, transactions, incorporation, liquidation etc);
  • Analyze contracts and legal documentation;
  • Implement the right processes for the line of succession of the family’s heirs;
  • Act as a single point of contact for lawyers, consultants, administrators of other companies …
  • You have a Master’s Degree in Law;
  • You have at least 8 years’ experience in similar position;
  • You have a relevant experience in a Big4 or a trust company and have managed corporate law and contractual legal matters;
  • A fist experience in Real Estate could be an asset;
  • You have a deep knowledge or Luxembourg corporate and civil law;
  • You are fluent English and French;
  • You are able to work in total autonomy in a high demanding environment;
  • You are meticulous, precise and proactive.
