Funktionsbeschreibung You will join a dynamic team and work on the existing funds. Your tasks will be among others:

• Check and maintain an accurate portfolio of funds;
• Produce the reports by performing the fund accounting (funds and SPV);
• Prepare annual accounts (under Lux GAAP);
• Establish regulatory reporting;
• Manage and monitor quality standards;
• Supervise the preparation of tax returns;
• Fund’s registers follow-up;
• Be the contact person for the investors, lawyers, auditors, …;
• Insure treasury management (cash movements follow-up, forecasts, payments, …).

Profil

• You hold a diploma in Accounting or Finance;
• You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role (PE, in-house or Big4);
• You speak English and French fluently;
• You are autonomous and have brilliant organizational skills;
• You have excellent accounting skills;
• You have outstanding ability to react in fast changing environment.
