Funktionsbeschreibung
You will join a dynamic team and work on the existing funds. Your tasks will be among others:
- Check and maintain an accurate portfolio of funds;
- Produce the reports by performing the fund accounting (funds and SPV);
- Prepare annual accounts (under Lux GAAP);
- Establish regulatory reporting;
- Manage and monitor quality standards;
- Supervise the preparation of tax returns;
- Fund’s registers follow-up;
- Be the contact person for the investors, lawyers, auditors, …;
- Insure treasury management (cash movements follow-up, forecasts, payments, …).
Profil- You hold a diploma in Accounting or Finance;
- You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role (PE, in-house or Big4);
- You speak English and French fluently;
- You are autonomous and have brilliant organizational skills;
- You have excellent accounting skills;
- You have outstanding ability to react in fast changing environment.
