You will take a strategic position in the Admin pool composed by 10 people, by supporting a talented lawyer’s team. You will work in close collaboration with the Admin team, being the back-up for all and vice versa.
Dynamism, innovation, team spirit and collaboration are expected to perform in this role.
As an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, you will be a key support by succeeding in your different tasks:
Administrative tasks :- Open client files;
- Fulfill database;
- Handle agendas;
- Organize business trips, internal and external meetings, videoconference calls;
- Introduce timesheet in the system;
- Ensure invoicing;
- Payment follow-up;
- Draft letters, reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Reception tasks :In addition, 2 hours per day (without a specific schedule), you will :
- Manage switchboard;
- Meet and greet visitors;
- Dispatch mails and parcels;
- Arrange meeting rooms;
- Manage catering.
Profil- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Administration;
- You have 2 years’ experience, ideally in a law firm, in the Big 4 or financial institutions;
- You speak English and French fluently (mandatory);
- You are meticulous, organized and proactive;
- You are a team player and polyvalent;
- You feel comfortable with numbers;
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Office;
- You have an irreproachable presentation.
