Funktionsbeschreibung
As a Receptionist, you will be involved within a small support team. Your tasks will be among other:
- Meet and greet visitors (clients, employees, suppliers, …);
- Update guest register;
- Issue access badges;
- Manage meetings rooms;
- Insure telephone reception;
- Manage catering during meetings;
- Deal with incoming emails and parcels;
- Order furniture and catering.
Profil- A similar experience in a law firm (ideally more than 3 years);
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory), German will be a strong asset;
- Good command in MS Office;
- Excellent presentation;
- Discreet and rigorous person;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Excellent organization skills;
- Good communication skills.
