Funktionsbeschreibung Facing a constant growth for our office in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Business Developer – B2B Service. This is a creation of position.

Under the supervision of the Office Director, your main mission will be the development of the client portfolio. Your task will be among others :
  • Business development in order to identify and manage new clients for the different departments of Select Luxembourg ;
  • Preparation and assistance to customer meetings;
  • Understanding customer needs;
  • General terms and contracts negotiations;
  • Leads generation;
  • Reporting management;
  • Network management;
  • Database updating.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Sales field;
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position or in a service provider company;
  • You are fluent in English and French. German and / or Luxembourgish will be a major asset;
  • You are dynamic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You have a strong team spirit and are clients satisfaction oriented.
