The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that every client joining the company receives a top-tier onboarding experience. But mostly, it involves assisting the go-to-market team with research and market insights, as well as contributing to the coordination of external marketing events. This position is well-suited for individuals who have an interest in transitioning to client- or market-facing roles in the medium term. Your tasks will include the following:
- Onboarding process of new clients and investors/subjects
- Due Diligence on source of funds and source of wealth
- Business activity and purpose analysis
- Risk Analysis
- Prepare New Business Committee
- Manage the client database and maintain it up to date
- Ensure that policies and procedures are followed
- Collect and analyze market data
- Provide the right information for the preparation of presentations/business proposals
- Organize and coordinate the company's participation in various events
- Represent the company during these events
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of pre-sales and marketing activities.
Profil- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong client relationship management and communication skills
- You are fluent in both English and French
- You possess expertise in Luxembourg Funds
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are capable of achieving your goals on time and know how to prioritize them.
