Funktionsbeschreibung
This is a creation of position. You will work closely with the Country Manager. Together you will define the sales strategy for Luxembourg and implement it with the support of the existing Sales team (3 people). Your tasks will be among others:
- Manage the Sales team (define targets, follow-up, motivate, coach and recruit, …);
- Define the strategy, roadmap and KPI;
- Analyze results;
- Insure group’s reporting;
- Follow major national accounts;
- Manage national and international tenders;
- Work closely with the Country Manager.
Profil- You hold a Master’s degree;
- You have a relevant experience (minimum 10 years) in FinTech or IT company;
- You are new technologies addicted;
- You speak fluently French and English; German will be a strong asset;
- You are results and client satisfaction minded;
- You have strong competences in negotiation in a high B2B environment;
- You are able to travel.
