Senior Business Development Manager - Polish Market

Job description Your main mission is to contribute to the development of the client portfolio. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
  • Contribute to the bank's growth strategy.
  • Conduct research to identify business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Foster and build long-term and trusted client relationships.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of current market conditions.
  • Detect and/or anticipate business opportunities.
  • Assist and coordinate events (seminars, conferences) when appropriate to develop your own portfolio.
  • A relevant university degree in finance;
  • A proven track record in a sales position;
  • A strong network of private clients in Poland;
  • Excellent knowledge of products and services typically required by Polish private clients and financial intermediaries;
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, with any additional language considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships;
  • Financial certifications such as CFA / CAIA / CISI are a plus.
