Job description
Supporting the different departments and reporting directly to the Head of Finance Luxembourg, you will be involved in various operational projects. Your tasks will include the following:
- General bookkeeping;
- Follow-up of billing;
- Participate to monthly and annual closing;
- Participation in budget follow-up and gap analysis;
- Financial reporting;
- Preparation of VAT returns;
- Participation in the establishment of financial statements;
- Follow-up of financial audits;
- Other ad-hoc activities (support in the implementation of a new SAP tool…).
Profile- You have a degree in Accounting;
- You have at least, 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
- You have strong knowledge in VAT and Tax;
- You master Excel (good knowledge in SAP is a plus);
- You are fluent in English and French ;
- Detail oriented, you prove rigor, method and organization;
- You have good interpersonal skills and are an excellent team player.
