Office Manager (Russian speaker)

Job description

You will work in close contact with the Chairman and Administrative Director of the company. Your tasks will be among the following:

  • Managing the incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Answering the phone and redirecting calls accordingly;
  • Preparing documentations for meetings (translation and general communications);
  • Drafting minutes for internal and external meetings;
  • Organizing international weekly video – conferences ;
  • Managing the full organization of business and personal travels for the Chairman, members of the office and visitors;
  • Maintaining in order and updated all the legal documentation and correspondence in the proper archives;
  • Being in contact with suppliers, contractors, third parties for all the properties;
  • Assisting the Administrative Director on marketing events and general promotional activities;
  • Insuring office management.
Profile
  • You are experienced in a similar role (5 years), ideally in a family office or in an international company;
  • You are fluent in Russian, English and French. German will be a strong asset;
  • You hold a University Degree in Administration;
  • You are able to work independently and in an international environment;
  • You are flexible, stress resistant and rigorous;
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes.

Our client is a family office established in Luxembourg since the early 90’s.

Active in Europe, our client is specialized in Real Estate and develops most of its projects in Luxembourg and on the border countries.

Select has been mandated to recruit an Office Manager.
