Job description

To strengthen their Risk department, the company has mandated SELECT to recruit a Chief Financial and Risk Officer.

Acting as a key role in the organization, you will lead within a dynamic team and, among other, your tasks will include the following:



  • Financial management;
  • Financial processes optimization;
  • Financial planning;
  • Controlling;
  • Budgeting / forecasting;
  • Financial accounting;
  • Reporting;
  • Cash management;
  • Reconciliation on regulatory reporting.



  • Asset and Treasury strategy monitoring.



  • Integrity and security policy setup;
  • Internal procedures implementation / review and setup;
  • Financial risks monitoring.
  • You have a Master Degree in Finance;

    You have a proven experience in Luxembourg (<10 years);

    You have a strong knowledge of risk measurement systems and concepts, as well as a good understanding of the Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements;

    You master MS Office;

    You are fluent both English and French, another language is a strong asset;

    You are autonomous, proactive and efficient;

    You have strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
