Job description

As such, you will be involved within the Fund Administration team, working closely and reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

Among others, you tasks will include the following :

  • Prepare various corporate / legal documents;
  • Organize meetings, Board minutes;
  • Prepare agreements;
  • Assist with execution of documents and ensure that relevant signatures are obtained;
  • Maintain key relationships with the teams, auditors, lawyers, regulator;
  • Update internal procedures to improve the day to day work;
  • ..

  • You have a Master Degree in Law, Finance or a relevant field;
  • You have at least 5 years in a similar role;
  • You have a successful experience in a Fund Service provider, a first experience in the Private Equity field could be a strong asset;
  • You are fluent both English and French;
  • You are rigorous, detail-oriented, with ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • You are able to manage several projects in a planned and structured way;
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
