Experienced Paralegal Officer


Job description

To support their business growth, they have mandated Select to Recruit an Experienced Paralegal.

You will be involved in a dynamic team and will be in charge of the administrative life companies follow-up. Among others, your tasks will include :

  • Prepare, track and check corporate documentation/contracts, agreements and reports;
  • Translate legal documents (EN/FR);
  • Update and maintain corporate files;
  • Create documents (Excel tables etc.);
  • Liaise with notaries, banks and administrations;
  • At least 3/5 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Perfect command of French and English;
  • Outstanding MS Office skills;
  • Excellent organization and communication skills;
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented.

Our client is an independent business law firm based in Luxembourg. Its expertise covers all fields of business law, with a particular focus on three areas : Private Equity, Private Wealth and Investment Management.
