Job description
The purpose of this position is to work with the business in a partnership capacity to develop the people agenda; translating business initiatives and goals into robust strategic people plans that support and deliver business strategy. The individual will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with senior people leaders, key employee representatives and local regulatory bodies to maintain compliance. Under the responsibility of the HR Director, your responsibilities will be as follows:
HR Strategic Planning- Providing HR consulting to leaders (employee engagement and people management).
- Supporting leaders in executing business plans, addressing organizational capabilities, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Analyzing talent needs and developing development plans.
- Analyzing workforce needs, identifying HR gaps, and implementing development and retention plans.
- Developing HR strategies to meet business needs.
- Acting as the main point of contact for business units, managing employee requests while adhering to global HR policies (to be kept up to date).
- Assist in developing attraction and recruitment strategies.

Profile- Proven ability to advise and engage senior leaders, collaborate effectively with businesses, and support large employee groups across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated track record in implementing best practices for high-quality HR management and service provision.
