  • You'll have the opportunity to advance to a managing consultant role when both quantitative and qualitative targets are met.

  • At least 5 years of experience in permanent or interim/consultant/freelance recruitment role within Luxembourg.
  • Fluency in English, with advanced oral and written skills. German and/or French are a plus.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A resilient character paired with a great sense of humor.
  • Self-awareness and a strong drive for personal growth and development.
