HR Business Partner (M/F)


Job description You will be dedicated for the Belgium and Luxembourgish offices (Antwerp, Brussels and Luxembourg), representing 400 people (employees and independents). You will join a dynamic HR team. You will manage different topics:
  • Define needs with Managers;
  • Redact and publish vacancies;
  • Select candidates;
  • Schedule and manage interviews;
  • Write and negotiate offers;
  • Redact employment agreements and addendum;
  • Insure on boarding;
  • Follow new joiners.
Project management:
  • With the Direction, work on recruitment strategy;
  • Organize recruitment days;
  • Maintain strong relationship with HR providers and universities;
  • Keep the HR database up-to-date;
  • Work on continuous improvement;
  • Create HR reports;
  • Be the brand ambassador.
  • You hold an HR diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);
  • You have a relevant experience as HRBP or recruiter in a law firm, Big 4 or recruitment and selection agency;
  • You speak English, Dutch and French fluently;
  • You have strong knowledge in Belgium and Luxembourgish labor law;
  • You are dynamic and proactive;
  • You are team player.

Select has been mandated to recruit a HR Business Partner specialized in recruitment for the office of Luxembourg or Brussels.OfferPossibility to be based in Brussels.
