HR Business Partner (M/F)


Job description

You will join the existing HR team composed by 2 people. The Luxembourg’s office represents 40 people (employees and independents). Your tasks will be among others:

  • Participate to develop local HR strategies, policies and practices;
  • Improve and monitor employee productivity;
  • Evaluate staffing needs with Managers;
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist;
  • Be involved in all the recruitment processes;
  • Insure onboarding;
  • Follow new joiners;
  • Career management;
  • Advise employees;
  • Be the contact person of the “Délégation du personnel”;
  • Promote social dialogue and engagement;
  • Improve relations between staff and employers;
  • Assist to European and international Group HR’s meeting;
  • Lead different projects;
  • Anticipate HR trends;
  • Report to the Direction;
  • Identify training and individual executive coaching needs;
  • Participate in evaluation and monitor training programs;
  • Ensure follow-up if training targets are met.
  • You hold an HR diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);
  • You have a relevant experience as HRBP within an international group;
  • You speak English and French fluently;
  • You have strong knowledge in Luxembourgish labor law and analytical skills;
  • You are dynamic and proactive;
  • You are team player.
