HR Officer (CDD 3 months)


Job description

This is a sickness replacement.

You will join the HR department and you will work in close contact with the HR Director.

Your tasks will be the following:


  • Insure administrative RH;
  • Prepare payroll;
  • Participate to recruitment;
  • Screen and select CV;
  • Organize interviews and assessments;
  • Be the key contact person with candidates;
  • Update and manage the database;
  • Holidays, sickness, plannings;
  • Communicate with CCSS and fiduciary.
  • You speak English and French fluently;
  • You hold a previous 2/3 years’ experience ideally in a law firm or in the Big 4, Trust or Financial Institutions;
  • You are diligent and discreet;
  • You are a team player;
  • You are willing to work in an international and multicultural environment;
  • You have an outstanding presentation.
