Job description You will have a strategic role in the firm by the versatility of the tasks in a high level environment. You will work in close collaboration with the HR department located in Brussels and the local Head Office of Luxembourg. Your tasks will be among others:
  • Ensure HR administration;
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner;
  • Be involved in all the recruitment processes;
  • Draft contracts;
  • Participate in evaluation and monitor training programs;
  • Edit reports;
  • Link with the fiduciary;
  • Onboard new collaborators;
  • Training management;
  • Team building organization.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR;
  • You have 2 years of experience in HR at least;
  • You speak English and French fluently (spoken and written);
  • You have strong MS Office knowledge;
  • You are detail-oriented, well-organized and rigorous;
  • You are discreet and loyal;
  • You are enthusiastic and open-minded.
