Payroll Assistant


Job description Your tasks will be among others:
  • Draft employment contracts;
  • Onboard new employees in HR soft;
  • Prepare payroll instructions for external provider;
  • Absence management;
  • CNS declaration;
  • Control the payroll.
  • You have a first relevant experience in a same position (ideally in a law firm);
  • You speak fluently English and French (all other language will be an asset);
  • You are detail minded;
  • You are team player.
Organisation and department description Our client is an international law firm with more than 40 offices worldwide. Select has been mandated to recruit a Payroll Assistant. You will work in close collaboration with a Senior Payroll Officer.Offer
