Job description Facing a constant growth, SELECT Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist for the Luxembourgish office.

You will join a dynamic and multicultural HR team composed by 10 people. Your tasks will be among others to:
  • Ensure a benchmark and watch market;
  • Realize analysis;
  • Assess employee’s needs;
  • Propose and develop innovative solutions;
  • Design C&B packages;
  • Apply effective communication strategies;
  • Be the local contact person for C&B;
  • Work closely with other HR members (Recruitment, Payroll, HRBP, Operational and Direction) and ensure a smooth communication;
  • Manage annual performance reviews;
  • Control compensation practices are in compliance with laws.
  • You have a previous 5 years’ experience as Compensation & Benefits Specialist or Officer
  • You hold a Master’s degree in HR;
  • You speak fluently English, all other language will be an asset;
  • You work autonomously and adapt yourself in a fast-paced environment;
  • You master MS Office and Workday (ideally);
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
