Job description As part of an internal reorganization, our client has mandated Select to recruit a Legal Officer. 

Involved within a dynamic team and reporting directly to the Legal Manager, your tasks will include the following :
  • Entire management of all the legal documentation;
  • Drafting of legal documents;
  • Coordination of various transactions ;
  • Be the key contact for the teams, auditors, lawyers, regulator;
  • Update internal procedures to improve the day to day work;

Profile
  • You have a Master Degree in Law;
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • A first experience in the Real Estate field could be a strong asset;
  • You are fluent both English and French;
  • You are rigorous, detail-oriented, with ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • You are able to manage several projects in a planned and structured way;
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
