Accounting Assistant (fixed-term contract, 6 months)


Job description You will join a dynamic team composed by two Accountants. Your tasks will be among others:
  • Fulfil timesheet;
  • Create and control invoices;
  • Insure payment tracking;
  • Contact clients;
  • Establish payment schedule;
  • Code supplier’ invoices;
  • Liaise with Accountants and Lawyer’ team.
  • You hold an Accounting Bachelor’s degree or an Administrative diploma;
  • You have a first relevant experience in Accounting department;
  • You are comfortable with numbers;
  • You speak English and French fluently;
  • You feel comfortable on the phone;
  • You are stress resistant;
  • You master MS Office and Aderant.
Organisation and department description Our client is an international law firm based in Luxembourg for decades. Select Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit an Accounting Assistant.OfferPossibility to convert into a permanent contract.
