Job description
  • Fulfill documents under BOB50 (purchases, sales, expenses);
  • Extract data’s;
  • Assist in VAT preparation;
  • Control incoming invoices for 5 offices;
  • Prepare incoming invoices for payment;
  • Follow-up signatures collection;
  • Check all the documentations;
  • Insure an administrative support to the team;
  • Redact correspondences, reports and presentations;
  • Scan and archive documents (paper and electronic).
Profile
  • You have a relevant experience in a similar role (5 years) in high-level environment;
  • You hold an Accounting diploma;
  • You speak English and French fluently; German or Italian will be a plus;
  • You have strong knowledge in BOB50;
  • You are proactive and dynamic;
  • You have excellent communication skills both written and spoken;
  • You are details minded and strive for excellence.
