Job description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key support by succeeding in your different tasks:
- Fulfill client database;
- Handle agendas;
- Introduce timesheet in the system;
- Ensure invoicing;
- Payment follow-up;
- Draft letters, reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Profile- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Administration;
- You have 2 years’ experience, ideally in a law firm, in the Big 4 or financial institutions;
- You speak English and French fluently (mandatory);
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Office;
- You are meticulous, organized and proactive;
- You have an irreproachable presentation.
Organisation and department description
Our client, a law firm established in Luxembourg for decades, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
In a contexte of a replacement, Select has been mandated to recruit a talent to join their office.
You will take a strategic position in the Admin pool composed by 10 people, by supporting a talented lawyer’s team. You will work in close collaboration with the Admin team, being the back-up for all and vice versa.
Dynamism, innovation, team spirit and collaboration are expected to perform in this role.
