Administrative Assistant - German speaker


Job description You will be involved within a small support team composed by 4 people. You will support 4 different practices. Your tasks will be among others:
  • Setup files;
  • Deal with incoming calls and emails;
  • Contact clients;
  • Redact documents, correspondences, presentations and reports;
  • File and archive documents;
  • Order documents to RCS;
  • Handle agendas;
  • Arrange appointments and meetings;
  • Organize business trips;
  • Control expenses;
  • Insure invoicing;
  • Others ad-hoc tasks.
  • A similar experience in a law firm or in Big4, trust or financial institutions (ideally more than 2 years);
  • Fluent in English, German and French;
  • Good command in MS Office;
  • Excellent presentation;
  • Discreet and rigorous person;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Good communication skills.
