Job description As an Administrative Assistant you will work closely with the Direction. You will have to handle the following tasks:
  • Be the contact person for the leaseholders;
  • Ensure administrative and operational rental management;
  • Fulfill invoices in the system;
  • Scan and archive electronic and paper documents;
  • Liaise with the fiduciary;
  • Accurate monthly invoicing;
  • Realize general administrative tasks.
  • You have a relevant experience as Administrative Assistant, ideally in real estate environment;
  • You hold an Administrative diploma;
  • You speak fluently French and English; Luxembourgish and/or German will be a strong asset;
  • You are methodical and detail minded;
  • You have strong knowledge in MS Office;
  • You are well organized and efficient.

Our client is a real estate investment company specialized in office and retail. Established in Luxembourg for decades. SELECT Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit an Administrative Assistant part time (20h per week).
