Administrative Assistant (CDD 1 year)


Job description

You will join a dynamic department and you will work closely with another Assistant. Your tasks will be among others:

  • Support a team;
  • Handle lawyers’ agenda and court hearing agendas;
  • Organize internal and external meetings;
  • Redact documents (PowerPoint presentations, correspondences, reports, …);
  • Prepare and review legal documents and send to the Court;
  • Insure invoicing;
  • Be in contact with clients.
  • You have more than 3 years of experience in a law firm and espacially within a Litigation Department;
  • You are fluent English and French;
  • You are diligent and discreet;
  • You are team player;
  • You have an outstanding presentation.
Organisation and department description

Our client is an internal law firm with a long and proven experience. This is a maternity leave replacement.
