As a Billing and Administrative Assistant you will be able to perform the following tasks:
  • Fulfill timesheet into Intapp;
  • Create, verify and send invoices;
  • Download reports;
  • Manage correspondences (emails, phone calls, documents to be sent via courier);
  • Handle agenda;
  • Organize internal and external meetings and prepare the appropriate documentation;
  • Coordinate and organize business trips (flights, hotels and keep track of the expenses).
Profile
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Administration;
  • You hold a previous 2 years’ experience ideally in a law firm or in the Big 4, Trust or Financial Institutions;
  • You speak English and French fluently;
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);
  • You are proactive, autonomous and a team player.
