Business Development & Marketing Officer


Job description

Facing a constant growth, Select has been mandated to recruit a Business Development & Marketing Officer.

This is a creation of position. You will work closely with the International Business Development Team. Your tasks will be among others:

  • Implement local strategy based on group’s vision;
  • Support team in business development;
  • Assist with pitch proposals;
  • Participate to fee quotes;
  • Work on client loyalty program;
  • Improve visibility;
  • Work with external partners and PR team to manage media relationship;
  • Contribute to branding management;
  • Manage market studies;
  • Provide a corporate competitive watch;
  • Ensure the quality of services;
  • Event management;
  • Identify and coordinate networking events for lawyers.
  • University degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Development;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a professional services firm;
  • Fluent English; German will be a strong asset;
  • Strong network in Luxembourg;
  • Excellent written communication skills (editorial quality, expert in writing);
  • Strong organization skills;
  • Open-minded and stress-resistant.
