Job description This is a creation of position. As a CCO you will advise and report to the Managing Director. Your tasks will be among others:

Marketing strategy
  • Develop new strategies and approaches with the Direction;
  • Implement strategies;
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s charter;
  • Define and implement marketing plan to floor business unit;
  • Analyse the main consumption indicators and trends;
  • Insure strategic recommendations;
  • Improve performance and results;
  • Manage the budget of the department;
  • Work closely with the Financial and Commercial departments.
Communication & Branding
  • Supervise the development of new marketing tools and materials (print & digital);
  • Define and supervise new campaigns;
  • Manage media planning and different communication channels;
  • Supervise website updates;
  • Define the guidelines for the community management;
  • Work closely with the IT department;
  • Boost brand image and promote values;
  • Identify and build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Insure a constant watch (market, competitive, trends, …).
  • Define event concepts;
  • Plan sales events;
  • Supervise organization;
  • Control budgets.
  • Coach and continue to train the team;
  • Define axis of advance;
  • Train about new trends.
  • Relevant experience in retail or business company (ideally more than 10 years);
  • Degree in Marketing;
  • Fluent French and English; Luxembourgish would be a strong asset;
  • Customer minded;
  • Creative approaches, out-of-the-box thinker;
  • Natural team leader;
  • Organized person.
