Job descriptionFacing a constant growth, Select has been mandated to recruit a Personal Assistant to Managing Director. You will second the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. Your tasks will be among others to:
  • Assist MD’s Personal Assistant;
  • Handle agenda and schedule appointments and meetings;
  • Prepare required documentation for meetings;
  • Meet and greet visitors;
  • Arrange complex business trips;
  • Manage and prioritize the MD’s inbox;
  • Encode expenses;
  • Ensure payments follow-up;
  • Coordinate administrative tasks.
Profile
  • You hold an administrative diploma;
  • You have a first relevant experience as Personal Assistant, ideally in a law firm or Big4;
  • You speak English and French fluently (mandatory);
  • You are flexible, responsive, and proactive;
  • You are team player.
