Legal Documentalist Assistant (M/F)


Job description You will take part in supporting a team of experienced and talented lawyers. As a key person, you will need to provide the same level of quality service of the professionals you are working for and with. It means be passionate, dedicated and proactive.

As a Legal Documentalist Assistant you will participate with a team to the firm’s know-how. Your tasks will be among others:
  • Insure a legal watch and follow the most recent legal developments;
  • Gather and file documents;
  • Update databases and internal online tools;
  • Keep the intranet up-to-date;
  • Share the information;
  • Manage the internal legal newsletter;
  • Participate to the internal trainings;
  • Manage the legal library;
  • Perform legal searches, assist lawyers and team.
  • You speak English and French fluently;
  • You hold a first experience as Documentalist or Knowledge Assistant or Administrative Assistant, ideally within a law firm;
  • You are proactive and autonomous;
  • You have excellent organizational skills;
  • You are team player.
