Job description
  • Handle agenda;
  • Organize internal and external meetings;
  • Prepare all the documentation;
  • Take minutes and redact reports ;
  • Prepare Power Point presentations, correspondences;
  • Organize business trips.
  • You hold an Administrative diploma ;
  • You have minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • You speak fluently English and French / German and/or Dutch would be an asset;
  • You master MS Office;
  • You are able to manage highly confidential files and information’s;
  • You have an outstanding presentation.

Our client is a real estate developer active in Luxembourg and Belgium. Select Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit a Personal Assistant to CEO. As a key person, you will need to provide the same level of quality service of the professionals you are working for and with. It means be passionate, dedicated and proactive. Your tasks will be among others :
