Receptionist in a law firm


Job description As a Receptionist, you will be involved within a small support team. Your tasks will be among other:
  • Meet and greet visitors (clients, employees, suppliers, …);
  • Update guest register;
  • Issue access badges;
  • Manage meetings rooms;
  • Insure telephone reception;
  • Manage catering during meetings;
  • Deal with incoming emails and parcels;
  • Order furniture and catering.
  • A similar experience in a law firm (ideally more than 3 years);
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory), German will be a strong asset;
  • Good command in MS Office;
  • Excellent presentation;
  • Discreet and rigorous person;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Good communication skills.
