Job description

Taking part into the Sales team and in charge of a diversified clients and prospects portfolio, you will play a crucial role. Your activities will include:

  • Perform telemarketing;
  • Understand and analyze client needs;
  • Follow and develop a B2B client portfolio;
  • Ensure customer retention and loyalty;
  • Answer client queries.
Profile
  • You are comfortable with clients, specially over the phone;
  • You are driven by a business environment;
  • You speak French and English fluently (German and Luxembourgish would be a plus);
  • You are dynamic, persuasive and team-player.
