Description de fonction Supporting the different departments and reporting directly to the Head of Finance Luxembourg, you will be involved in various operational projects. Your tasks will include the following:
  • General bookkeeping;
  • Follow-up of billing;
  • Participate to monthly and annual closing;
  • Participation in budget follow-up and gap analysis;
  • Financial reporting;
  • Preparation of VAT returns;
  • Participation in the establishment of financial statements;
  • Follow-up of financial audits;
  • Other ad-hoc activities (support in the implementation of a new SAP tool…).
Profil
  • You have a degree in Accounting;
  • You have at least, 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • You have strong knowledge in VAT and Tax;
  • You master Excel (good knowledge in SAP is a plus);
  • You are fluent in English and French ;
  • Detail oriented, you prove rigor, method and organization;
  • You have good interpersonal skills and are an excellent team player.
