To support its global business, Select Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit an HR Manager for a short-term contract of 18 months duration.
You will be working closely with the HR team, and encompass the full scope of the HR function. Among others, your tasks will include the following :
- Handle recruitment process;
- Insure HR administration;
- Develop and implement the training plans;
- Data management;
- Analysis and advisory on employee relation matters;
- Payroll instruction and control;
- Budget elaboration;
- Participating in key projects with the HR team ;

Profil- You hold a diploma in Human Resources;
- You have a relevant experience in a similar role;
- You are fluent in French and English;
- You have strong IT skills (MS Office and HR systems);
- You have good knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, social security and tax aspects;
- You are an autonomous and flexible person with strong organizational skills.
