You will have a strategic role in the firm by the versatility of the tasks in a high level environment. You will work in close collaboration with the HR department located in Brussels and the local Head Office of Luxembourg. Your tasks will be among others:
- Ensure HR administration;
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner;
- Be involved in all the recruitment processes;
- Draft contracts;
- Participate in evaluation and monitor training programs;
- Edit reports;
- Link with the fiduciary;
- Onboard new collaborators;
- Training management;
- Team building organization.
Profil- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR;
- You have 2 years of experience in HR at least;
- You speak English and French fluently (spoken and written);
- You have strong MS Office knowledge;
- You are detail-oriented, well-organized and rigorous;
- You are discreet and loyal;
- You are enthusiastic and open-minded.
