Description de fonction Facing a constant growth, SELECT Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit a Legal Counsel.

Working closely with the Belgian team, you will be the key contact for all the legal matters in Luxembourg. Among others, your tasks will include the following :
  • Be the key interface on all issues related to the protection of personal data;
  • Provide legal advices to the teams;
  • Draft / review legal documentation;
  • Contribute to develop and improve internal process;
  • Identify, calculate and anticipate potential risks;
  • Legal watch and regulatory surveillance;
  • Raise team awareness of risks and train them in legal matters;
  • Be the point of contact for internal and external auditors;
Profil
  • You hold a Master’s Degree in Law;
  • You have a first experience of, at least, 4 years in a similar position in an international environment;
  • You have excellent knowledges in GDPR;
  • You are fluent French and English, a good knowledge of German is mandatory;
  • You are team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • You are open-minded and able to be involved in various practices.
