Description de fonction Facing a constant growth, SELECT Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel for the Luxembourgish office.

You will join an dynamic and multicultural Legal team composed by three people. You will report directly to the Head of Legal. Your tasks will be among others to:
  • Provide legal advices and monitor all applicable legal aspects for the company;
  • Participate in negotiations;
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, statements, … ;
  • Work on local and international agreements;
  • Assist in the legal implementation of business positions;
  • Contribute to develop the legal database template;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal controls and other formalities;
  • Support various internal teams;
  • Normalize, systematize and integrate document and contract production processes and systems;
  • Identify, calculate and anticipate potential risks in business process and decision making.
Profil
  • BA or MA in Law or similar relevant field;
  • Previous relevant experience of 5 years or more within an international group or management company;
  • Strong knowledge in regulatory in asset management field;
  • Fluent in English, all other language will be an asset;
  • Good organizational, time-management and prioritization skills;
  • Team player;
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
