Senior Multilingual Executive Assistant (FR/EN/GE)

Due to the current situation, this position in on hold. Our client accepts new applications, however, he is not able to inform us when we will have a feedback.

You will join a dynamic administrative team composed by 20 people. Together, your tasks will be among other:

  • Participate to the full administrative topics;
  • Be the link with international offices of the group;
  • Handle agendas of the Board members (5 people);
  • Organize travels;
  • Organize and prepare all the documentation for the Board meetings;
  • Prepare specific documents (legal topics);
  • Publish articles on the website, update documents;
  • Redact correspondences, reports and presentations;
  • Assist HR department (promptly);
  • Insure office management (order office supplies and catering).
  • You hold a Bachelor degree in Administrative field;
  • You have 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • You speak fluently French, English and German both written and spoken (mandatory), a other language will be an asset;
  • You work autonomously while being team player;
  • You are able to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Our client is an asset manager specialized in private equity based in Luxembourg from decades. To face a retirement leaving in two years, SELECT Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit a Senior Executive Assistant.
