Trilingual Administrative Assistant FR/EN/GE (M/F)


Description de fonction You will join a dynamic administrative team composed by 20 people. Together, your tasks will be among other:
  • Participate to the full administrative topics;
  • Be the link with international offices of the group;
  • Handle agendas of the Board members;
  • Organize travels;
  • Organize and prepare all the documentation for the Board meetings;
  • Prepare specific documents (legal topics);
  • Redact correspondences, reports and presentations;
  • Insure office management (order office supplies and catering);
  • Scan & archive documents (electronic & paper);
  • Meet and greet visitors.
  • You hold a Bachelor degree in Administrative field or similar;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Big4, financial or corporate services;
  • You speak fluently French, English and German both written and spoken (mandatory), all other language will be an asset;
  • You work autonomously while being team player;
  • You are able to work under pressure and manage priorities.
