- Perform telemarketing;
- Understand and analyze client needs;
- Follow and develop a B2B client portfolio;
- Ensure customer retention and loyalty;
- Answer client queries.
Profil- You are comfortable with clients, specially over the phone;
- You are driven by a business environment;
- You speak French and English fluently (German and Luxembourgish would be a plus);
- You are dynamic, persuasive and team-player.
