- Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance, Business, or related fields;
- Certifications: relevant qualifications such as CFA or CAIA;
- Business Acumen: strong ability to identify development opportunities;
- Language Skills: fluent in English; French proficiency is beneficial.
