Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify, assess, and develop new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to inform commercial strategy.
- Develop and execute go?to?market plans for new regions, segments, or product lines.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior-level decision makers across target industries.
- Oversee the full business development lifecycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Represent the organisation at conferences, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
Sales Leadership & Performance Management
- Drive revenue targets and continuously monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and commercial presentations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
Partnership Development
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance market access and service capabilities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, partnership frameworks, and long?term agreements.
ProfilQualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles — preferably in an international environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and developing strategic client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics within Luxembourg and the broader European landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Proficiency in English is required; French and/or German are strong assets.
- Advanced skills in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
