The Role

• Own and manage monthly closings in line with Luxembourg GAAP
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial reports for management and the parent company
• Analyze financial performance and provide clear commentary on variances and KPIs
• Drive the digitalization and continuous improvement of accounting processes
• Implement and optimize modern finance tools within the ERP landscape
• Support the integration of AI-driven solutions in finance
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Develop insightful management reports and interactive dashboards
• Serve as an interface between accounting, management, and group functions
• Participate in strategic projects to evolve the finance organization

 

Profil

Qualifications and Experience

• Several years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance
• Strong knowledge of monthly closing processes and group reporting
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI in finance
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and modern reporting tools
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Ideally fluent in German and English
