Description de fonction - Lead and implement the company’s commercial strategy to meet business growth objectives.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with market trends and business priorities.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across assigned regions and sectors.
- Deliver against sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support sales planning and customer targeting.
- Prepare and present proposals, manage negotiations, and close commercial agreements.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners to support sustainable growth.
- Provide regular input on market feedback, sales performance, and commercial forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to senior leadership.Profil - Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales/business development within the technology, connectivity, or industrial solutions sector.
- Experience working with international clients and complex sales cycles.
- Solid understanding of B2B markets, ideally with exposure to sectors requiring robust technical or infrastructure solutions.
- Proven ability to build and grow a client portfolio, particularly in European markets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
