Your role involves:
- Making consultative calls to affluent and HNW prospects, networking, and closing new accounts;
- Directing commercial activities;
- Reviewing daily leads and opportunities;
- Creating tools like presentations and email templates;
- Setting team goals, ensuring quality service, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.

Profile You are the ideal candidate if you possess :
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience;
- 5+ years in banking, investments, or life insurance;
- Knowledge of affluent and HNW client challenges;
- Strong sales focus with target achievement;
- Fluent in English and one European language like German, French, or Dutch.Organisation and department description
